Our 30-Day Refund Promise

If your order doesn't work for you, we'll make it right. We offer a full refund or replacement on any item within 30 days of delivery, no questions about why.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@softhour.co with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work.
  2. We respond within 1 business day with the next steps.
  3. You'll get a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us approving the request.

What's covered

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items that don't match the description on the product page
  • Items that don't fit (apparel) β€” exchange or refund
  • Items you simply changed your mind about β€” refund minus return shipping

Return shipping

For damaged, defective, or wrong items: we cover return shipping.
For change-of-mind returns: customer covers return shipping.

Items that can't be returned

  • Used cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons β€” applies to opened lip products)
  • Final-sale or clearance items
