Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping time

Standard shipping takes 7-12 business days from order to delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Standard shipping: $4.99
Free shipping on orders over $50

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package through the carrier's site.

Delays

Occasionally carriers run into delays beyond our control (weather, holidays, customs). If your order is significantly delayed, email hello@softhour.co and we'll investigate.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

Check with neighbors and your local post office
Wait 48 hours — sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely
If still missing, email us with your order number and we'll file a claim

Wrong address

If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, email us within 1 hour of placing the order so we can update it before it ships. Once an order ships, we can't change the address.
