The 30-second start

Common questions
How big a room does it cover?
Rooms up to about 14 by 14 feet get good wall coverage. In larger spaces, it works as a focused mood light on one wall or ceiling section. Closer to the wall gives sharper, more saturated color. Farther away softens and spreads the wash.
Is it loud?
No. No fan, no motor, completely silent at any speed setting. LED-driven color cycling. Fine to run while you sleep — that's what the sleep timer is for.
Does it work in daylight?
Not really. The projection is designed for dim or dark rooms. In a fully lit room you'll see the lamp glow on its base but the wall effect won't show. This is an evening and night routine lamp.
Does it get hot?
No. Runs cool to the touch after hours of use. Low-wattage LED. Fine on a bedside table, desk, or fabric surface.
Can I lock it on one color without the drift?
Yes. Several modes hold a single steady color — warm white, cool white, deep blue, amber, pink. The speed dial goes down to still, so you can stop the motion entirely and use it as ambient light.
