Softhour is a small DTC brand based in Texas, USA. We sell beauty, wellness, and apparel products and ship them across the United States.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We confirm the offer by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there's an issue with payment, fraud, or product availability.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We try to keep pricing accurate but occasionally there are errors. If a pricing error happens, we'll contact you before charging your card.
